We have in place across the US a team of service experts, hand-picked and trained by our team to offer the highest level of ongoing field service. This network of selected service providers is regionally located in order to provide quick and reliable service, no matter where you are located.
Here at our headquarters we also have a service staff that will assist you through the lifetime of your ozone equipment. That being said, your initial contact and your last contact will be direct with DEL. DEL, the ozone equipment designer and ozone equipment manufacturer will manage all aspects of the service network efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
The DEL Ozone Aquatics Program is Easy as 1-2-3:
1. Request a quote. We’ll size your system according to MAHC guidelines and send a quote right away.
2. We’ll deliver and commission your pre-installed system within one to two months.
