Our equipment is affordable to own and available in a variety of model sizes with a minimum footprint for any size aquatics venue.
Skid-mounted, plug and play ozone systems are available for 100,000 gallon pools and smaller. Flange to flange hook-up to the main return line decreases the cost and complexity of the installation and the compact 4’X3’ system footprint is designed to easily fit into your equipment room. If preferred, wall-mount systems and modular systems are available depending on pool size and configuration.
All systems operate completely automatically and require minimal maintenance. Furthermore, our exclusive vacuum design is proven safe and efficient and the entire system is monitored and controlled to ensure optimal results. DEL provides a complete package, designed to integrate seamlessly with no modification effort by installers.
Our systems are in compliance with the Model Aquatic Health Code and listed under ANSI/NSF Standard 50, including Annex H, for antimicrobial safety and efficacy. Annex H test reports validate greater than 6 log (99.9999%) reduction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus faecium.DEL systems are also validated for 99.9% (3 log) reduction of Cryptosporidium parvum under ANSI/NSF Study J-00047649
Our Genesis and HECD models have earned UL Standard Safety Certification and the Quantum Series is built under UL specifications.
Ozone System Design
Our ozone systems come with the following standard features:
- High frequency, Corona Discharge ozone cell(s)
- Self-regulating high voltage power supplies
- Water cooled (CD-15 and higher)
- Air cooled (CD-2G/5G/7G)
- Ceramic tube dielectric or cold cathode electrode
- Oxygen concentrator with compressor
- Fast-blo fusing on all circuits
- Powder-coated, ventilated steel enclosure built to NEMA-3R specs.
- Adjustable ozone output
- Air filter
- Flow meter indicating the oxygen flow through the system

- Door open-door switch
- Feed gas pressure failure-pressure switch
- Loss of vacuum-low vacuum switch
- Overheating on cells-temperature switch
- Water Backflow-backflow preventer switch solenoid & check valves.
- Current overdraw-circuit breaker, fuse(s)
- Over-pressurizing of Oxygen Concentrator- pressure relief valve
